To guarantee the security of deliveries, only the addressee can pick up their parcel using their personal access code. However, it is possible to temporarily share the QR code with someone via a screenshot.
Afterwards, renew the QR code so that the old one expires and cannot be used to pick up future parcels.
How do I renew my QR code?
- Click START in the app.
- Choose VIEW ACCESS CODE.
- Choose RENEW YOUR ACCESS CODE under the current code.
