It can happen that the courier misspells your name or delivers the parcel to someone else in the Bringme Box with the same/a similar name by mistake. In this case, you will have received confirmation from the courier service that your parcel has been delivered, but you won't have received any notification in the Bringme app and there are no active deliveries for you in the Bringme Box.
You can contact our Bringme Help Center for assistance. Make sure to communicate the Proof of Delivery (POD) and the tracking information. Our Help Center will contact the person to whom the parcel has been delivered and ask them to re-deliver the parcel in your name, or they will contact the admin of your Bringme Box for assistance.
