Even if you haven’t received a notification in the app or via mail, go to the box and sign in to make sure that your parcel has not been delivered.
Nothing there for you? Please contact the web shop first and ask for the proof of delivery. The courier will receive this automatically when delivering your parcel to the Bringme Box. This digital proof can give you information about where your parcel is at the moment.
