Most of the time, the root of the problem lies with the online shop or courier service, and not Bringme. Please therefore contact the online shop where you made the purchase first. They will be able to inform you of the status of your parcel.
If your parcel should still have arrived but you've not received a notification in the app, go and log into the box to make sure that your parcel has not been delivered.
