Even if you haven’t received a notification in the app, go to the box and scan your personal access code to make sure that your parcel has not been delivered.
Nothing there for you? Most of the time, the problem lies with the web shop or courier service and not Bringme. Therefore, contact the web shop first and ask for the proof of delivery. The courier will receive this automatically when delivering your parcel to the Bringme Box. This digital proof can give you information about where your parcel is at the moment.
