To send or return your parcel via the Bringme Box, you can go to the Bringme Box with your parcel and send it immediately.
Please make sure that you attach a shipping label to the parcel from one of the supported courier services. You should also note the tracking number on the shipping label.
Sign into the Bringme Box
At the Bringme Box, click on sign in, scan your personal access code or Bringme Key, or enter your code manually by clicking the ‘Or enter your code’ button.
Returning your parcel
Once registered, choose ‘Return a parcel’ or ‘Send a parcel’.
You will now be notified about which courier services are supported to return / send parcels via the Bringme Box. Click OK and one of the compartments of the box will open.
The parcel does not fit in the compartment; what now?
If your parcel does not fit in the compartment, then close the compartment and choose the desired size on the touchscreen.
Place your parcel on the bottom of the compartment in front of the sensors (green strips at the bottom left and right of the compartment).
Please note! If your parcel or envelope is thinner than 2 cm, place it upright in front of the sensors or in a larger box at the bottom of the compartment.
Proof of delivery
Now close the compartment. You will receive a QR and alphanumeric code as proof that you delivered a parcel to the Bringme Box. You now see a message in the Bringme app that the parcel is ready to be sent. You will also be notified once the courier picks it up.
Once the parcel reaches the courier service, you can follow it up on the courier service’s website using the tracking number noted.
