There is a distinction between public and private Bringme Boxes. Public boxes are visible to everyone in the Bringme app, while private boxes are accessible only to specific users. If you cannot find an existing Bringme Box in the Bringme app, this means it is a private Bringme Box and your account currently does not have access to it.

Identify the Desired Box: Determine which private Bringme Box you want to connect to and where it is located.

Contact the Administrator: Get in touch with the administrator, syndic, or office manager of the location where the private box is situated.
💡 Bringme admins can leave their contact info on the Bringme Box. Use the button on the bottom of the home screen to access this information. -
Request Access: Explicitly request access to the desired private box, Provide your first and last name, as well as the e-mail address you want to connect to this location.

If the Administrator is Unknown: If you don't know who the administrator is, send an email to helpcenter@bringme.com. Provide your first and last name, along with the address of the location you want to connect to.

Wait for Confirmation: After reaching out, wait for confirmation from the administrator. This confirmation will be sent to you via email.

Verify in the App: After you have received the confirmation email, double check in your Bringme app whether it indicates that you are now connected to the Bringme Box in question.
