Introduction
When you log into the Bringme app with your email address, you receive an email from Bringme with a code and a link. You either click the link or enter the code in the app to log in. This means you need to have access to the inbox from that email address in order to log in.
Answer
There are two ways to log into the Bringme app: if you don't have access to the email address from your account, you can use the phone number from your account. You will receive a text message which contains a code. You enter this code into Bringme app to log in.
Once you've logged in, you can change the email address that is associated with your account. Go to 'Profile' in the bottom menu in the Bringme app and then select 'Account'. On this page you can change the information for your account.
If you don’t have access to your phone number either, please contact our Help Center to have your account deleted. Ask your admin to add you as a user with the correct email address to get access to your Bringme Box.
