Encountering a situation where a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, but no notification is received from Bringme can be perplexing. In such instances, it is crucial to take the appropriate steps to address this issue effectively.

The Bringme Box serves as a smart parcel mailbox ensuring the safe storage of your packages. It's important to note that Bringme does not handle deliveries; we are not a courier service.
If you haven't received a notification from the Bringme Box, despite the courier's delivery confirmation, an issue has occurred during the delivery. The Bringme administrator, typically the person managing the building, can check the compartments to assist you.
If you are unable to locate the parcel with the Bringme administrator, initiate an investigation by providing us with the Bringme Proof of Delivery (Signature), a 6-digit code with letters and numbers (e.g., 1AB2C3). This code is crucial for our HelpCenter to determine the whereabouts of your package. Unfortunately, without this code, we can't provide effective assistance.
If you don't have the code through the courier's tracking info, seek help from the sender. They can contact the courier to obtain the necessary information. When the courier is unable to provide the prove, the delivery should be considered lost. When the package is lost, the sender can assist in getting your money back.
If the package was delivered to the Bringme Box but assigned to the wrong account, we can rectify this based on the Proof of Delivery. Simply contact our HelpCenter, providing the code.
