On occasion, couriers may mistakenly deliver someone else's parcel to you. In this case, you can re-deliver the parcel to the correct recipient using the Bringme Box.
- Simply tap ‘DELIVER’ on the box
- Select the courier service icon
- Input the correct recipient's name
- Place the parcel in the opened compartment
- Close the door
The intended recipient will immediately get a notification via the Bringme app
