Introduction
If you've used the Send & Collect service on your Bringme Box to send a parcel, you might be wondering about the delivery status of your shipment.
Answer
As soon as your return shipment is picked up from the Bringme Box by the courier, you will receive a confirmation via the Bringme app. Following the pickup, tracking information for your parcel will be available through the courier service. Typically, the web shop will also notify you upon receiving your parcel. In cases where you don't receive such notification, it's advisable to contact the web shop directly for updates. Do note that once the parcel has left the Bringme Box, we no longer have any information regarding its whereabouts.
