Introduction
When you log into the Bringme app with your phone number, you receive a text message from Bringme with a code that you need to enter in the app to be able to access your account. This means you need to have access to the phone with that number in order to be able to login.
Answer
There are two ways to log into the Bringme app: if you don't have access to the phone number from your account, you can use the email address from your account. You will receive an email which contains a link and a code. You either click on the link or enter the code into the Bringme app to log in.
Once you've logged in, you can change the phone number that is associated with your account. Go to 'Profile' in the bottom menu in the Bringme app and then select 'Account'. On this page you can change the information for your account.
If you don’t have access to your email address either, please contact our Help Center to have your account deleted. Ask your admin to add you as a user with the correct email address to get access to your Bringme Box.
