Introduction
In order to use the Bringme Box, you need to log in to the Bringme app with your account to consult your notifications and to use your access code to pick up your deliveries. Alternatively, you can connect a Bringme Badge to your account and use the Badge to pick up deliveries. If you have a Badge connected to your account, you can always use the Badge even if the app is not working, of course.

Quick solution:
If the Bringme App on your smartphone isn't working, you can still access your deliveries. Simply use a web browser (this works on your smartphone too). Go to bringme.com, click on ‘Login’, and sign in. Here, you'll find your notifications and your personal access code. At the Bringme Box, either scan the QR code or enter the 8-character alphanumeric code manually to retrieve your items.

Additionally, of course, you want to solve the problem with the Bringme app as well.
You can take these steps to solve the problem:
- Restart your smartphone
- Check whether your smartphone has been updated to the latest version of the operating system (iOS and Android). If this is not the case, install the latest version.
- Check if you have the most recent version of the Bringme App. If this is not the case, install the latest version of the Bringme app.
- Log out of the Bringme App and log back in.

- If you are using Android:
- How long have you had the problem?
- Which brand and model of smartphone do you use? E.g. Samsung S10
- Which version of the operating system do you have installed?
- Does it need to be updated? You can find this in your phone’s settings under ‘About phone’.
- What version of the Bringme App do you have? Does it need to be updated? See the Play Store for more information. Select the Bringme App in the Store and view the app info.
- If you are using iOS:
- How long have you had the problem?
- Which smartphone model do you use? E.g. iPhone X?
- Which version of the operating system do you have installed? Does it need to be updated? You can find this in your phone’s settings under ‘General’ > ‘Info’.
- What version of the Bringme App do you have? Does it need to be updated? Go to the App Store to find out. Select the Bringme App in the Store to see which version you have installed.
