How to pick up a delivery from the Bringme Box?

It's a straightforward procedure designed for convenience and security. This article will guide you through the various methods of signing in to the Bringme Box to access your deliveries. Follow these simple steps to effortlessly retrieve your packages and enjoy the seamless experience offered by the Bringme Box.

📃Answer

Picking up a delivery from the Bringme Box requires signing in on the Bringme Box. Once you're signed in with your account, the compartments which contain parcels delivered to this account and, if applicable, any letterboxes connected to this account will open automatically. Signing in can be done in three ways:  

1. With your access code:
   1. Choose 'Start' in the Bringme App
   2. Choose 'View access code'
      
   3. Press 'Sign in' on the screen of the Bringme Box
      
   4. Hold the QR code in front of the scanner (at a 45° angle 20 cm away from the red light or aligned with the visual on the screen)
      
      
      
2. With the alphanumeric code displayed beneath the QR access code
   1. Choose 'Start' in the Bringme App.
   2. Choose 'View access code' 
   3. The alphanumeric code with 8 characters can be found below the QR code.
      
   4. Press 'Sign in' on the screen of the Bringme Box.
   5. Press 'Enter your code' on the Bringme Box and enter this code manually.
3.  With your Bringme Badge or Key: If you have connected a Bringme Badge or Key to your account, scan it at the 'Key' symbol below the screen of the Bringme Box to sign in.

 Take the parcel out and close the door.
