Answer: a step-by-step guide
First, contact the sender for a proof of delivery to determine who signed for it. If proof of delivery indicates the parcel was delivered to the Bringme Box, forward this to helpcenter@bringme.com. We will then investigate, potentially uncovering a courier error, and assist in retrieving your parcel.
