Parcels can be sent and returned if your Bringme Box’s 'Send & Collect' service is active. Currently, this service is available exclusively in Belgium.
To check availability, open the Bringme app, select ‘START’, then ‘RETURN PARCEL’, and choose your Bringme Box. If ‘Send & Collect’ is not yet activated, a pop-up will appear, and you can request your Box Admin to activate this service.
