Introduction
To address the challenge of missed visitor notifications, particularly common with unexpected visitors, it's essential to proactively invite all visitors and provide them with QR codes for check-in.
There are three different methods to receive these notifications: through the Bringme App, via email, or through an integration with Microsoft Teams using our AI Assistant Jaimie.
Answer/Step-by-step guide
How to pre-register a visitor?
- Invite Visitors in Advance: Before the scheduled meeting or visit, ensure that all visitors are invited through a meeting invite.
