What if my return parcel gets damaged after I have put it in the Bringme Box?

If the parcel is damaged after having been placed inside the Bringme Box, then  the general rule of responsibility for each use of Bringme applies.  You can find them in the Bringme App under ‘profile’ in ‘Terms and conditions’

If the parcel is damaged after the courier has opened the Bringme Box, then the liability lies with the party responsible for the shipment and you are only entitled to claims in accordance with the general terms and conditions, which you accepted when ordering the return. 

In any case, Bringme will support you in settling the claim and repay you, if necessary, if you claim this.
