If the Send & Collect service has been activated on your Bringme Box, you can send parcels via the Bringme Box. See also: Can parcels be sent and returned from every Bringme Box? These parcels need to have a shipping label from Bpost or DHL Parcel in order to be processed properly by the courier service. Should you realize that you have forgotten the label on your parcel after placing it in the Bringme Box, you can take the parcel back out to attach the label.
Go to the Bringme Box and sign in. Select the active delivery on the screen to open the compartment. Attach the label and place the package again in the Box to be picked up by Bpost.
In case the parcel has already been picked up by the courier service, please contact Bpost or DHL Parcel to find out where your parcel is.
