If the Send & Collect service has been activated on your Bringme Box, you can send parcels via the Bringme Box. See also: Can parcels be sent and returned from every Bringme Box?
You'll receive confirmation via the Bringme app as soon as your return shipment was picked up from the Bringme Box by the courier. From then on, tracking information will be available through the courier service and usually the web shop will let you know when they have received your parcel. If they don't, we recommend you to contact the web shop. We don't have any information on your parcel anymore as soon as it has left the Bringme Box.
