The Bringme Desk is a professional reception desk where visitors and couriers can sign in automatically. The associated Bringme App notifies the host in real time that the visitor has arrived.
- The host sends a meeting request via the calendar and then, in addition to visitor(s), also invites ‘email@example.com’.
- The visitor will receive an email with a one-off QR code which can be scanned at the Bringme Desk upon arrival.
- The host receives a real-time notification in the Bringme App as soon as the visitor has signed in.
