- The host sends a meeting request via the calendar and then, in addition to visitor(s), also invites ‘email@example.com’.
- The visitor will receive an email with a one-off QR code which can be scanned at the Bringme Desk upon arrival. You can personalise this e-mail via the Bringme Manager. On the day of the appointment, the visitor will receive the e-mail again as a reminder.
- The host receives a real-time notification in the Bringme App as soon as the visitor has signed in.
