If you order something from outside the European Union, you always have to enter your personal address under ‘invoice address’. You can, however, enter the Bringme Box address under ‘delivery address’. If your parcel incurred custom duties, you will receive an invitation to pay this at your invoice address. After you have paid these charges, the parcel will be sent your way.
Please note! Some courier companies ask you to pay the customs fee upon delivery. This is not possible in the Bringme Box and, therefore, the courier will ring the bell (residence) or go to the front desk or mailroom (company). Make sure to ask the relevant courier service in advance how they deal with custom duties.
