The courier may accidentally deliver a parcel for another person occasionally. Send a photo of the parcel shipping label to the Help Center so we can address the courier service about this and avoid similar problems in the future.
In the meantime, you can deliver the parcel in the Bringme Box to the right person:
- Tap ‘Deliver’.
- Select the courier service icon.
- Fill in the name of the correct recipient.
- Place the parcel in the open compartment and close the door.
- The recipient instantly receives a notification in the Bringme App.
