Do you have problems with the Bringme App?

If the Bringme App on your smartphone does not open or is experiencing issues, you can always log in via a web browser (you can do this on your smartphone as well). Go to bringme.com, click ‘Login’, and log in. You can pick up and deliver parcels in the Bringme Box using your personal access code.

This is how you solve the problem:

1. Restart your smartphone
2. Check whether your smartphone has been updated to the latest version and has the most recent operating system (iOS and Android). If this is not the case, install the latest version.
3. Check if you have the most recent version of the Bringme App. If this is not the case, install the latest version.
4. Log out of the Bringme App and log back in.

And if it’s still not working, we’ll be happy to assist you. You will need to answer the following questions when you contact us:

• If you are using Android:
  • How long have you had the problem?
  • Which brand and model of smartphone do you use? E.g. Samsung S10
  • Which version of the operating system do you have installed?
  • Does it need to be updated? You can find this in your phone’s settings under ‘About phone’.
  • What version of the Bringme App do you have? Does it need to be updated? See the Play Store for more information. Select the Bringme App in the Store and view the app info.
• iOS:
  • How long have you had the problem?
  • Which smartphone model do you use? E.g. iPhone X?
  • Which version of the operating system do you have installed? Does it need to be updated? You can find this in your phone’s settings under ‘General’ > ‘Info’.
  • What version of the Bringme App do you have? Does it need to be updated? Go to the App Store to find out. Select the Bringme App in the Store to see which version you have installed.
