If the courier service indicates that your parcel has been delivered, but you have not received a notification from your delivery in the Bringme app, this means the delivery has not been made into the Bringme Box on your name. We recommend you to take the following steps:
- Contact the sender and ask for a proof of delivery, so you can find out who signed for delivery and the sender knows that you have not received your delivery.
- If this proof of delivery indicates that your shipment was delivered to the Bringme Box, then you can send this proof to helpcenter@bringme.com
- We will start an investigation to find out if the courier made a mistake when delivering your parcel. It is possible that the parcel has been delivered in the Bringme Box, but the courier selected another name, for example. In this case, we will assist you in getting to your parcel.
