If you have not received a notification of your delivery in the Bringme app, but the courier service indicates that your parcel has been delivered, we recommend you to take the following steps.
- Contact the sender and ask for a proof of delivery, so you can find out who signed for delivery and the sender knows that you have not received your delivery.
- If this proof of delivery indicates that your shipment was delivered to the Bringme Box, then you can send this proof to helpcenter@bringme.com
- We will start an investigation to find out if the courier made a mistake when delivering your parcel.
