Staff can also follow a procedure to sign in. You can easily activate this in the settings of the Bringme Manager. Everyone who's connected to the Bringme Desk will be recognised as an employee upon signing in.
How does this work?
- Make sure your staff is informed about the new procedure and clearly explain when they must sign in and out (e.g. each time they enter or leave the building).
- It is possible to sign in and out with a Bringme Badge, Bringme Key or a personal QR-code in the Bringme App.
- If the sign-in procedure does not complete successfully (e.g. an employee does not comply with the safety measures), it is critical to take action in order to guarantee everyone's safety.
