Welcome to Bringme! This article explains everything you need to know to get started using Bringme.
Activate your Bringme account
- Don’t have a Bringme account yet? Then ask the Bringme Box Admin to create an account for you via our Bringme Manager software. If you don’t know who the admin is, please go to the reception (companies) or the property manager (residences).

The admin will send you an email to activate your account and to download the Bringme app. You will be automatically connected with the Bringme Box you have access to.
Place your first online order with the Bringme Box as delivery point
Do you want to have an online order delivered to the Bringme Box? Then write ‘Bringme’ in front of your first name. The delivery address is the location of the Bringme Box.

Pick up a delivery from the Bringme Box
As soon as a parcel has been delivered to the Bringme Box, you will get a message in the Bringme app and via mail. It tells you which courier service delivered your parcel and in which Bringme Box it is located.
You can pick up deliveries from the Bringme Box in 3 ways:
- With your personal access code:
- Tap START in the app.
- Choose VIEW YOUR ACCESS CODE to access your personal access code (QR code).
- Hold your smartphone approx. 20 cm away from the scanner at a 45° angle.
- With your Bringme Badge:
This is your key chain you can scan at the KEY symbol below the touchscreen of the Bringme Box.
- With your alphanumeric code:
- Tap START in the app.
- Choose VIEW YOUR ACCESS CODE.
- You can find the 8-digit code under the QR code. Enter this code at the box when you press PICK UP.
The compartment with your delivery will open automatically. Get your parcel out of the box and close the door. Done!
