The Bringme Desk acts as a virtual reception, streamlining visitor registration to boost both safety and efficiency in your company. It pre-registers visitors, ensuring that only authorized individuals can access your building. Additionally, employees receive real-time notifications about their visitor's arrival, making the entire experience seamless and convenient for both the visitor and the host.
How does the Bringme Desk work?
You will receive an email from Bringme when your admin has registered you in the database, informing you that you can download the Bringme app and start using the system.
- Download the Bringme App from the App Store or Google Play or go to bringme.com and log in with your professional email address.
- When you invite a visitor, make sure to include 'firstname.lastname@example.org' in cc. in the invitation or use our Outlook add-in
- The visitor receives an email with a QR code with which they will have access to the building if applicable, and with which they can register at the Bringme Desk. You will receive a notification in the Bringme app on your smartphone when your visitor signs in.
- Confirm that you are on your way with just one click.
- Still busy when your visitor arrives? Choose SNOOZE and get a reminder 5 minutes later.
- Sign your visitor out in the Bringme app once they have left.
