There are 3 ways for your visitor to sign in:
- Visitor is preregistered - using the QR code received in advance via email:
This is easiest for your visitor. You send an invitation to your visitor(s) in advance:
- Send an invitation via your calendar in Outlook or Apple Mail and invite your visitor(s) as well as ‘invite@bringme.com’
- The visitor will receive an email with a QR code which can be scanned at the Bringme Desk
- You will receive a notification in the Bringme App as soon as your visitor has signed in
- By tapping ‘I am a visitor’:
Upon arrival, the visitor simply taps ‘I am a visitor’ and can sign in easily. The visitor then receives an email with the visitor agreement and Wi-Fi code. You will receive a push notification in the Bringme App and an email as soon as your visitor has signed in.
- With the Bringme App:
Your visitor already has a Bringme account:
- Your visitor scans his personal access code (open the app: ‘Start’ > ‘View access code’) at the Bringme Desk.
- The visitor then receives an email with the visitor agreement and Wi-Fi code after signing in.
- You will receive a push notification in the Bringme App and an email as soon as your visitor has signed in.
Don’t forget to sign your visitor out after your meeting!
