What is the Bringme Manager?

As a user or admin of Bringme products, you might wonder how they are configured, how it is determined who gets access to them, etc. This all happens via our management platform: the Bringme Manager. 

📃Answer 

The Bringme Manager is an online environment to which only Bringme admins have access. The account of a Bringme Admin has more rights than that of a regular user, and this grants them access to our management platform, the Bringme Manager.

In the Bringme Manager admins can:

  • Configure their Bringme Desk
  • Connect their users to the Bringme Box and/or Bringme Desk
  • Configure their mailboxes
  • Connect their users to mailboxes
  • See the access logs for the different access control products
  • Consult the visitor logs of the Bringme Desk
  • Export the evacuation list of all people who are present in the building

Do you need access to the Bringme Manager? Request the current admin to assign the rights to your account or contact our Customer Success Team to be set up as an admin.
