Here's how it works:

  • When employees are at the office, they can select the appropriate office location from a list of available locations.
  • Employees will only see locations they are connected to via the Bringme Manager.

Key details about the manual check-in feature:

  • In the ‘At the office’ list, locations with automatic check-in (using Bringme Readers or a Bringme Desk) are disabled, so they are not selectable for manual check-ins.
  • The Time & Attendance overview will show the employee's location(s) for a specific day, including any manually checked-in office locations.
  • In the ‘My Team’ view, employees can see that their colleagues have checked in manually at the office. The specific office location is displayed alongside the check-in, so you can immediately see where your colleagues are working.
  • Example of the Manual Check-in Process: When an employee checks in manually at an office location, the check-in will be recorded, and their location will be displayed in the app.
