If you notice that the Bringme Box is offline, follow these steps:

Check the internet connection
Connect another device, such as a laptop, to the same internet cable that the Bringme Box is using.-
If the other device can’t connect, there’s likely an issue with the building’s internet connection.

If the other device works, the issue may be with the Bringme Box itself.

Contact the building administrator
Call the administrator responsible for the internet connection in your building. They can address the network issue. -
What if the connection is fine but the Bringme Box is still offline?
