How can it be ensured that the Bringme Badge works?

Here are some steps to ensure that your badge functions correctly:

1. Scanning at the Bringme Box:

  • Scan your badge at the Bringme Box (beep).

    Does your name appear?

    If a different name appears:

    • The previous owner of the badge must be removed before you can use the badge again.

    If no name appears:

    • Link the badge to your account. If you have multiple badges, ask the location administrator to add a second badge with the UID N° of the badge you want to link.

2. Operation at doors and the Bringme Box:

  • Does the badge only work at a specific door, or is it the same at all doors and the Box? Specify which specific door or badge reader your badge does not work with.
  • What appears on the screen of the non-functioning badge reader? Can you provide us with a photo of this?
  • What appears on the screen when you scan your badge or hold it in front of the key reader? Please also provide a photo of this.
  • Do you hear the door lock?

3. Temporary issue or ongoing problem:

  • Was this a temporary problem, or is it still the case?
