What to do when my Bringme Badge is lost or stolen?

In the unfortunate event that your Bringme Badge is lost or stolen, immediate action is required to safeguard your parcels and access to your building.

📃Answer

Log a ticket to helpcenter@bringme.com with the request to block your Bringme Badge. 

This will revoke the Badge’s access. If your badge is later recovered, you can reactivate it by linking it to your account again.
