How to mark a delivery as picked up in the Bringme App?

🔎 Introduction

Sometimes you already collected a parcel from the Bringme Box, but you still receive a reminder that it is waiting for pickup. This can happen when a sensor does not register the pickup correctly. If this happens, you no longer need to contact support: you can fix it yourself in the Bringme App.

📃 Answer

This option becomes available 24 hours after a parcel was deposited, at the same time as the first pickup reminder. It is a self-service action for the parcel recipient, not something an admin needs to handle.

  1. Open the Bringme App.
  2. Find the parcel that is still listed as waiting for pickup.
  3. Tap "Mark as picked up".

The delivery status updates automatically and the compartment is recalibrated, so everything stays in sync.
