Where to find my access code?

🔎Introduction

In order to access your deliveries in the Bringme Box, you will need the access code linked to your account. This unique QR code identifies you as a user and gives you access to your deliveries. It’s easily accessible both in the app and on the website.

📃Answer

You can find your QR access code in two locations within the Bringme app:

Option 1: Via the home screen

1. Open the Bringme app.
2. On the home screen, there is a shortcut to your QR code at the bottom right of the screen

3. Your QR code will be shown, along with the 8-character alphanumeric code underneath it.

Option 2: Via the left panel

1. Open the menu by tapping the 3 bars at the top of the screen
   
2. In the left panel, click on My QR code.
   
3.  Your QR code will be shown, along with the 8-character alphanumeric code underneath it.
   

You can scan this code at the Bringme Box scanner or manually enter the alphanumeric code on the screen to access your deliveries.

On the website:
You can also log into your Bringme account via our website. On the home screen, your QR code is displayed in the same way.

Both options ensure you always have access to your personal code, whether you're using the app or the website.
