To connect to a Bringme Box, start by scanning the QR code on the Box screen. What happens next depends on whether self-onboarding is enabled at your location.

1. Go to the Bringme Box. The QR code is always shown on the home screen, at the bottom left.
2. Scan the QR code with your smartphone.

If self-onboarding is enabled at your location

You are guided through a simple setup flow in the Bringme App, where you can:

• Create an account if you do not have one yet.
• Connect directly to the Bringme Box, making it usable right away.

Once you complete these steps, you can start using the Bringme Box right away.

Existing users:
Sign in and follow the prompts.

New users:
Create an account, enter your details and accept the terms and conditions.

If self-onboarding is not enabled at your location

In that case, scanning the QR code takes you to a page with the contact details of your Bringme admin. Contact your admin using these details, and they will help you get access to the Bringme Box.

💡 Tip: if your Bringme Box also has a mailbox, connecting through self-onboarding only gives you access to the shared compartments. Contact the admin of your location so they can connect your account to your private mailbox.
