How to refresh your QR code?

🔎Introduction

Sometimes it may be necessary to refresh your QR code, especially if you're experiencing scanning issues or want to protect your security. This may happen if you've shared your code with someone else or suspect it may have been seen by others. In these situations, it’s important to renew your code immediately. You can do this quickly via the Bringme app or the website.

📃Answer

You can refresh your QR code in two ways:

 In the Bringme app:

• Open the Bringme app.
• Tap 'My QR code' on the Home Screen
  
• Your current QR code will appear.
• Just below the QR code, tap Renew code.
  

On the Bringme website:

• Visit app.bringme.com and log in.
• On the home screen, go to the Deliveries & Pick Up tab where your QR code will be displayed.
• Click Renew code just below the QR code.

Once you click Renew code, your QR code will be immediately replaced and ready to use. Both the code and the alphanumeric access string will be updated across all your devices.

Refreshing your code helps ensure that only you, or people you trust, can access your deliveries securely.
