🔎 Introduction
To open your delivery in the Bringme Box, you use the access code that is linked to your account. That code has two forms: a personal QR code, and a code of 8 characters shown underneath it. Both work at the Box, so you can scan the QR code or enter the 8 characters on the screen. You will find your code in the Bringme App and in the web version of the Bringme App.
📃 Answer
In the Bringme App
Option 1: from the home screen
- Open the Bringme App.
- Tap the shortcut My QR code at the bottom right of the home screen.
- Your QR code appears, with the code of 8 characters underneath it.
Option 2: from the menu
- Tap the 3 bars at the top left of the screen.
- Tap My QR code in the panel that opens.
- Your QR code appears, with the code of 8 characters underneath it.
In the web version of the Bringme App
You can also log in to your account in the web version of the Bringme App. Your QR code is shown on the home screen there in the same way, together with your notifications and your deliveries. Useful when you do not have your phone at hand.
How to use your code at the Bringme Box
- Hold your QR code in front of the scanner of the Bringme Box, or
- enter the code of 8 characters on the screen of the Bringme Box.
💡 Tip: is your QR code not being read at the Box? Have a look at how to scan your QR code at the Bringme Box. Renewing your code is usually not the solution.
Your code is personal
Your access code opens the compartments that are linked to your account, so keep it to yourself. Did you share your code and do you want it to stop working? Then renew your QR code. The old QR code and the old code of 8 characters stop working immediately.
