đIntroduction
Once a delivery is received or a visitor signs in for you at the Bringme Desk, you receive a notification in our app and by email. Although this is very practical, you might find it to be more efficient to receive these notifications in Microsoft Teams, along with your other messages.Â
đAnswer
Yes, it is possible to receive notifications from Bringme in Microsoft Teams, with Jaimie, Bringme's virtual assistant. Depending on your companyâs IT policy, Jaimie can either be installed directly by you or must be installed by an IT administrator.
To set it up, follow this guide: How to activate Jaimie in Microsoft Teams?
Once installed, Jaimie will send delivery notifications to your Microsoft Teams chat automatically.
