How to create a My2N account ?

🔎Introduction

The login process for the My2N app is changing. Previously, users logged in with a user ID and password, but this will soon be replaced by login via email address. This guide explains how to create a My2N account and switch to the new login method.

Step 1: Open the popup

• When logged into the app, a popup will appear at the top indicating that the login method is changing. If you don’t see the popup, go to Settings > tap your name > and choose Create

• It includes a link "Switch to My2N account".
• Click on this link.

Step 2: Navigate to account creation

• You'll be directed to a page with additional information.
  
• Click on “Create My2N account”.

Step 3: Fill in your details

• Enter your email address, first name, and surname.
  

Step 4: Email verification

• An email with a verification link will be sent to your address.
  
  
• Check your inbox (and spam folder, if necessary).
• Click on “Got it”.

Step 5: Resend link if necessary

• If you haven't received the email, click on “Send link again”.
  

Step 6: Complete verification

• Once you receive the email, click on the verification link.
• You will be redirected back to the app and logged in.
