How to create a My2N account ?

The process for logging into the My2N app is changing. Previously, logging in required a userID and password, but in the future, it will use an email address. This guide outlines how users can transition from logging in with a userID and password to using an email address.

Step 1: Open the popup

  • When logged into the app, a popup window will appear at the top, indicating that the login method is changing. If this pop-up is not appearing you have to change the device owner on the MY2N site of that device to a different admin. (You must set the device owner an admin who has less than 10 devices on that site for the pop-up to appear)
  • It includes a link "Switch to My2N account".
  • Click on this link.

Step 2: Navigate to account creation

  • You'll be directed to a page with additional information.
  • Click on “Create My2N account”.

Step 3: Fill in your details

  • Enter your email, first name, and last name.

Step 4: Opt out of marketing emails (optional)

  • Check the box if you do not wish to receive marketing emails.
  • Then, click on Next.

Step 5: Email verification

  • An email with a verification link will be sent to your address.

  • Check your inbox (and spam folder, if necessary).
  • Click on “Got it”.

Step 6: Resend link if necessary

  • If you haven't received the email, click on “Send link again”.

Step 7: Complete verification

Once you receive the email, click on the verification link.

You will be redirected back to the app and logged in.
