The process for logging into the My2N app is changing. Previously, logging in required a userID and password, but in the future, it will use an email address. This guide outlines how users can transition from logging in with a userID and password to using an email address.

Step 1: Open the popup
- When logged into the app, a popup window will appear at the top, indicating that the login method is changing. If this pop-up is not appearing you have to change the device owner on the MY2N site of that device to a different admin. (You must set the device owner an admin who has less than 10 devices on that site for the pop-up to appear)
- It includes a link "Switch to My2N account".
- Click on this link.
Step 2: Navigate to account creation
- You'll be directed to a page with additional information.
- Click on âCreate My2N accountâ.
Step 3: Fill in your details
- Enter your email, first name, and last name.
Step 4: Opt out of marketing emails (optional)
- Check the box if you do not wish to receive marketing emails.
- Then, click on Next.
Step 5: Email verification
- An email with a verification link will be sent to your address.
- Check your inbox (and spam folder, if necessary).
- Click on âGot itâ.
Step 6: Resend link if necessary
- If you haven't received the email, click on âSend link againâ.
Step 7: Complete verification
Once you receive the email, click on the verification link.
You will be redirected back to the app and logged in.
