🔎Introduction
The My2N app allows users to receive calls from the Bringme Bell and open the door remotely using their smartphone. But what if more than one person in the apartment needs access on their own device? Here's how multiple smartphones can be connected to the Bringme Bell.
📃Answer
Unless otherwise specified in the initial agreement, only one account per apartment is provided upon launch. Each My2N account can only be used on one device at a time. While switching between devices is possible, logging into a new device will automatically log you out of the previous one.
If simultaneous use on multiple smartphones is desired, an additional My2N login must be requested from the Bringme admin, usually the building manager. Additional charges apply for these accounts. The admin can inform you of the costs and request the extra login credentials from Bringme.
