The My2N app allows residents or users to receive calls from the Bringme Bell and open the door remotely through their smartphones, enhancing the overall convenience and security of the Bringme system.

Answer

Unless otherwise specified in the initial agreement, only one account per apartment is provided upon launch. Each My2N account can only be used on one device simultaneously. While you can easily switch between devices, as you'll automatically be logged out from one device as soon as you log in on another, you cannot be logged in on two devices at the same time. 

If you wish to use the My2N app on multiple devices at the same time, you can request an extra login from your Bringme admin, usually this is the building manager. There are additional charges for these accounts, and they will be able to inform you on this and subsequently request the login credentials from Bringme.
