How do I use the new Meetme app?

The MeetMe app lets you receive calls from the Bell on your smartphone, and also open the front door remotely. It works whether you have a Home Control or use only the Bell via the app. A new version of the app has been released, and it functions slightly differently from the previous one.

Still using the old app?
You’ll need to switch to the new version first. Follow the steps in this article to complete the transition easily.

Are you a new user?
Just download the new MeetMe app and then follow steps 2 through 5 from this guide.
Next, select “Add a new dwelling” and enter the code that:

• appears on your Home Control, or

• was provided by your building manager.

Important:
In the new MeetMe app, each apartment (dwelling) has one Master User. The first user in your apartment to install the app will be the Master User. They can then share their password with the people who share their apartment. Every resident in the apartment can use the app using this one account.
