The Bringme Box can be used to receive deliveries from any courier service or online shop. It’s a very accessible and flexible system. However, it’s essential to be registered with Bringme in order to receive a delivery.

📃Answer

When a parcel is delivered to the Bringme Box, the courier must select a recipient. They enter a name, and the system looks up a Bringme account that matches it. This allows Bringme to:

  • link the delivery to an account for traceability

  • send a notification to the correct account

  • ensure that only that account can access the delivery using the associated QR code

At most locations, it is the administrator (the Bringme Admin) who decides whether an account can access the Bringme Box and receive deliveries.

You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as the Admin has connected you to the Box, and you’ll then be able to receive deliveries in the Bringme Box.

At some locations, however, you can connect yourself to the Bringme Box using the self-onboarding feature. Simply scan the QR code on the screen of the Box to get started. As soon as you've created your account in this way, you can receive deliveries in the Bringme Box.
