The Bringme Box can be used to receive deliveries from any courier service or online shop. It’s a very accessible and flexible system. However, it’s essential to be registered with Bringme in order to receive a delivery.

📃Answer

When a parcel is delivered to the Bringme Box, the courier must select a recipient. They enter a name, and the system looks up a Bringme account that matches it. This allows Bringme to:

  • link the delivery to an account for traceability

  • send a notification to the correct account

  • ensure that only that account can access the delivery using the associated QR code

Anyone can create a Bringme account via our app or website. However, at most locations, it is the administrator (the Bringme Admin) who decides whether an account can access the Bringme Box and receive deliveries.

👉 Already have an account, but don’t see the Box in 'Connect' under 'My Boxes' in the Bringme app?
Contact your Bringme Admin and ask them to grant access to the Box for the email address you used to create your account.

👉 Don’t have an account yet?
You don’t need to create one yourself. Just provide the email address you’d like to use for the Box to your Bringme Admin. They’ll create your account and grant you access.

You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as the Admin has connected you to the Box, and you’ll then be able to receive deliveries in the Bringme Box.
