The Bringme Box is a secure, automated way to receive parcels, also when you are not there. It works with all courier services and web shops, and even local shops and food delivery services can deliver in the Bringme Box. The only condition is an active Bringme account that is connected to the Bringme Box you want to use.

1. Make sure your Bringme account is registered and connected to your Bringme Box before you place your first order. Usually the Bringme admin of your location arranges this and you receive a confirmation email or you can scan the QR code on the screen of the Bringme Box.. Follow the steps in that email to download the Bringme App.
2. When you place your online order, put Bringme in front of your name and use the address of the Bringme Box as the delivery address. This is usually the same as your home address or the address of your office where the Box is installed. You can check the address in the Bringme App, via the info icon of your Bringme Box.
3. As soon as your parcel arrives, you receive a notification in the Bringme App, and by email if email notifications are active for your account. You can then collect your delivery.

💡 Tip: always use your own home address as the invoice address.
