The only condition to start using the Bringme Box is that  you have an active Bringme account that is connected to the Bringme Box you want to use..

Make sure you have a registered Bringme account and are connected to your Bringme Box before placing your first order. Usually, your Bringme admin will set this up for you. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as this is done. Follow the steps in the email to download the Bringme app and get started.

When placing your online order, put 'Bringme' in front of your name and use the address of the Bringme Box as the delivery address. You can find the address info of the Bringme Box in the Bringme App or on our site under the Connect tab, but usually, this is the same as your home address. (For your invoice address, always use your own home address).

Once the delivery has arrived, you will be notified through the Bringme app and by email if email notifications are activated for your account, and you can collect the delivery.
