How to scan your QR code at the Bringme Box?

You want to open a compartment or sign in at the Bringme Box using the QR code from the Bringme App, but you are not sure how to hold it in front of the scanner. This article shows you step by step how to scan your QR code correctly, and what to do if the scanner does not seem to react.

1. Open the Bringme App and access your QR code.
2. Press "Sign in" on the screen of the Bringme Box.

1. Hold the QR code in front of the scanner, approximately 20 cm away and at a 45° angle, aligned with the red light or the visual on the screen.

Wait until you hear the click of the lock. The screen will confirm that a compartment is opening.

Still not working?

• Increase the brightness of your phone screen, a dim screen can be hard for the scanner to read.
• Clean the screen of your phone if the QR code looks smudged or scratched.
• Try the 8 character alphanumeric code below the QR code instead, by tapping "Enter your code" on the Bringme Box.
• If you have a Bringme Badge connected to your account, you can tap it at the key symbol instead of scanning.
