đIntroduction
Every Bringme Box can be used to receive deliveries and to facilitate the exchange of material between different Bringme users. If desired, it can also be used to send and return parcels. The way in which this works, depends on if you want to use a Box with a Send & Collect contract from Bpost, or if you want to use another courier service.

đAnswer
You need to make sure the label on the parcel is issued by the courier service you want to use. With a Send & Collect contract, you can ship either Bpost or DHL parcels. If the online store did not provide you with a return label, you can create a shipping label on the Bpost website. Follow the steps in this article to send the parcel.
If your Box does not have a Send & Collect contract, or you want to use another service than Bpost for your parcel, refer to this article for the step by step instructions.Â
