Need to send a parcel with a courier? The Bringme Box makes it straightforward. Whether you're using DPD, DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS, you can simply follow the steps below.

Tap ‘Sign in’ at the Bringme Box and scan your QR code from the Bringme App
- or swipe your Bringme Badge under the touchscreen.
- Tap ‘Make a delivery’ on the touchscreen.
- Select ‘Deposit now – share pickup code later’
- Select ‘Deposit now – share pickup code later’

Add a description and/or a photo of the item for clarity.

Visit the website of your preferred courier and follow pickup instructions.
- Paste the QR code that you received via Bringme App/email into the designated field.
- Include a note asking the courier to scan or enter this code at the Bringme Box touchscreen to pick up your parcel
- Return to the Bringme Box, sign in again, and select ‘reopen’ to open the compartment containing your parcel.
- Securely attach the shipping label to your parcel, then close the door.
- You receive a notification via Bringme App/email/Teams as soon as the courier collects your parcel.
