If you have used the Send & Collect service on a Bringme Box to send or return a parcel, you might want to follow up on its delivery status.

Once your return parcel is picked up from the Bringme Box by the courier, a confirmation will be sent via the Bringme app. After this, tracking details will be provided directly by the courier service.
Typically, the web shop will also send a notification once the parcel has been received. If no update is received from the web shop, it is recommended to contact them directly.
Please note that once the parcel has left the Bringme Box, we no longer have any information regarding its whereaboutsâ.
